We’ve all heard the endless debates about the declining quality of education in Nigeria. But while the disbelievers are busy arguing, the United Organisation for Education and Sports Development (UOESD) is actually doing something about it. They’ve just demurred off the 12th Edition of their National Quiz Competition, and it’s basically an academic showdown for Junior Secondary scholars nationwide.
This isn’t your typical “rote literacy” contest. It’s a high-pressure terrain designed to see which scholars actually have the critical thinking chops to lead the coming generation.

The Details: Who Can Join?
The UOESD is keeping the gates wide open. Whether a pupil attends a high-end private academy, an original government academy, or a missionary institution, the occasion is the same.
Eligibility: JSS 1 to JSS 3 scholars.
The “No Limit” Rule seminaries don’t have to pick a “star platoon.” “They can register as numerous inferior scholars as they want; the further, the merrier.
