Common Technical Obstacles

If your application is stalled by either of the following prompts, you need to take immediate action:

• “Missing information”: Instructions to contact your school for a data update.
• “Invalid current academic session”: Instructions to verify your session details with the institution.

How to Resolve the Error

The university has centralized the troubleshooting process at the ICT Unit on the Gadau Main Campus. Affected students are advised to present themselves for data synchronization starting from Monday, January 26, 2026.

Urgent Deadline Warning

The window to secure this financial aid is closing fast. The NELFUND portal is officially set to shut down on January 31, 2026. Students are strongly encouraged to visit the ICT Unit as soon as possible this week to ensure their profiles are corrected; failing to do so may result in the loss of loan eligibility for this session.
