OGITECH Igbesa: 2025/2026 Post-UTME Admission and Screening Guide

The Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, has officially opened its doors for the 2025/2026 academic session. As a premier technical institution, OGITECH offers a wide range of National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial application.

The application portal is currently active for candidates who sat for the 2025 UTME and those seeking HND admission.

Admission Requirements & Cut-Off Marks

To maintain high academic standards, OGITECH has set specific benchmarks for its 2025/2026 intake.

OGITECH offers a diverse curriculum spread across several specialized schools:

  • School of Engineering: Civil, Computer, Electrical/Electronics (Telecom), and Mechanical Engineering.
  • School of Pure & Applied Sciences: Computer Science, SLT, Statistics, Microbiology, and Biochemistry.
  • School of Financial Management: Accountancy, Banking & Finance, and Taxation.
  • School of Business & Management: Business Administration, Marketing, and Public Administration.
  • School of Environmental Studies: Architecture, Building Technology, and Estate Management.

Application Procedure and Fees

The application process is entirely digital. However, the management has issued a strict disclaimer warning candidates to make payments only through the official portal to avoid falling victim to online scammers.

  1. Portal: Visit the OGITECH Admission Portal.
  2. Payment: * Candidates with one O’level sitting are required to pay N20,000.
    Candidates with two O’level sittings must pay N25,000.
  3. Screening: Both ND and HND applicants are required to undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Only successful candidates from the CBT will be shortlisted for final admission.

Key Documents for Screening

When the screening date is announced (usually communicated via SMS to applicants), ensure you have:

  • Two printed copies of your OGITECH Application Slip.
  • Original and photocopies of O’level Result(s).
  • JAMB Result Slip and Choice of Institution Slip.
  • Passport photographs.
